1. We will serve our clients, candidates & employees faithfully, with integrity and proffesionalism.
2. We will observe the highest principles of honesty and fair practice in authorities and will respect the confidentiality of records in accordance with law & good business practice.
3. We will provide industry leadership in the adherence to non-discriminatory practices in the treatment of candidates and employees, and we retain the right to refuse service to any client that is discriminatory in any ways.
4. We will take reasonable steps to provide clients with accurate information on each candidate's employment qualifications and experiene & will only present those candidates who have given us authorization to present their application for employment.
5. We will supply canidates & employees with complete and accurate information as it is provided by the clients regarding terms of employent, job decription and workplace condition.
6. We will not recruit, encourage or entice a candidate whom we have previously placed to leave the employ of our clients nor we will encourage of coerce an individual to leave an assignment before completion.
7.We will not restrict the rights of candidate or employee to accept employment of their choice.
8. We will maintain the highest form of advertising, communications and solicitaions and will conduct our business in a manner designed to enhance the operation, image and reputation of the employment, recruitment and staffing services industry.

At HCI staffing we are proud of the high quality candidates that we offer our clientele. Our intensive screening procedures ensure candidtes have the requisite knowledge, skills experience and positive attitude our clients have come to appreciate from us.
Our customized employee database is designed to give an immediate & accurate overview of candidate availablity. With our proactive approach to database managment , we can monitor applicant flow, candidate utilization, placement ratios & skills shortages on an overall and/or per customer base. When a shortage of candidtes in a particular skill set and/or location is forecasted, our recruiters are alerted so that they can direct their efforts to developing that specific candidate pool.
Our methods for locating quality candidates are varied, but may include classiffied word & display ads in local newspapers, various internet employment posting sites, poster advertising, job fairs, networking with
(industry-specific) educational institutions and word of mouth referrals from our trusted network of partner organizations. Overall the caliber of the candidtaes referred & recruited is always exceptional.
When pre-screening in person or by phone, our recruiters use behavioral interviewing technics as well as skills and experience assessment to determina a candidtae's ability to meet HCI's high standards. Vital among the characteristics sought in a positive attitude, and a commitment to customer service.
HCI satffing only hires and refers staff that is legally entitled to work in Canada. At HCI candidtaes that are placed must provide a valid Social Insurance Number(SIN), and confirmation of landed immigrant status or working permit, if where applicable.
It is our practice and policy to conduct a minimum of two reference checks on all candidtes prior to referral or placement with clients. The purpose of the reference check is to give us a complete overview of the individual's flexibility, attitude, work habits and general productivity, while validating the information that we gathered during their interview.

After completion of our process, only candidates capable of meeting the demands of the Hospitality industry are placed in our database.
